Moortec is committed to deliver on time designs which fully meet customer requirements by rigorous Project Management.

Moortec can offer its Project Support and Management capabilities to customers in several areas including:

  • Project planning
  • Resource management
  • Coordination of project meetings between the design team and customer
  • Facilitation of design review meetings
  • Project delivery

Following an initial discussion with the client a proposal will be put to the Client.

In all cases, whether a mixed-signal IC design or a product design, the development phase supervised by the Project Manager will be concluded with the project deliverables being provided to the Client.
